POC JR Race Shorts are premium junior ski race shorts designed to keep young alpine racers warm, comfortable, and ready to perform before training sessions and race day. Built to fit easily over a junior speed suit, they provide weather protection, unrestricted mobility, and quick removal without taking off ski boots.
Made from a durable three-layer stretch softshell fabric with a bio-based polyurethane (PU) membrane, the shorts offer dependable wind and water resistance while remaining flexible for active movement. The outer fabric is constructed from 90% recycled polyester with a PFAS-free durable water repellent (DWR) finish, while the lightweight grid-fleece lining traps warm air to help keep muscles warm without adding unnecessary bulk.
Ideal for course inspection, lift rides, waiting in the start gate, and between training runs, the POC JR Race Shorts feature full-length side zippers that make them easy to remove while wearing ski boots. Large glove-friendly zipper pulls, reinforced zipper covers, and an adjustable waistband with an elastic back provide a secure, comfortable fit throughout the day. The articulated race-specific cut follows a skier's natural stance, allowing young racers to move freely whether standing, skating, or skiing.
