These high-performance ski race suits are designed for dedicated racers. Their snug, aerodynamic fit and race-ready construction help you ski faster and perform your best in slalom, giant slalom, and speed events.
Race suits, or speed suits, are essential for alpine ski racers. They use stretchy, form-fitting materials to reduce wind resistance and improve aerodynamics on course.
A proper race suit fits close to the body to minimize drag and maintain speed through gates and transitions. Many meet FIS certification standards, giving you confidence that your gear complies with competition rules.
We offer padded giant slalom (GS) suits from top brands trusted by racers at every level. These GS suits are designed to handle gate impact and work equally well for slalom events, making them a versatile choice for athletes training and racing across disciplines. You’ll find options for juniors and elite competitors, with sizes and cuts to match different body types and racing needs.
Whether you’re focused on slalom precision, GS speed, or preparing for higher-level competition, the right race suit supports unrestricted movement and consistent performance from the first gate to the finish.

Historically, it has been the responsibility of the athlete to send their race suit to a National Association to test for porosity and FIS compliance. A little metal tag called a "plomb" was attached to the leg of the suit after passing the test. A new marking method will now be used: a printed logo on the back of the leg of approved suits.
ALL suits must now have a FIS logo printed on the back of the left leg. Race suits with a plomb will no longer be acceptable at FIS races. See SPECIFICATIONS FOR ALPINE COMPETITION EQUIPMENT for full details.
Note: FIS Race Suit Rules only apply to U19 Athletes (16 years of age) and up. Required for World Cup, Europa Cup, World Junior Championships, and NorAm Series. NOT required for Entry League FIS races or U-FIS (Junior) races.
