97mm Race Fit

Short Cuff
The Short Cuff configuration provides a lower cuff height for racers who benefit from a shorter lower-leg fit. This supports a more natural stance and range of motion while retaining the support needed for technical race skiing.
Dual Core
Dual Core construction combines plastics with different characteristics to manage how the shell flexes and rebounds under load. The construction delivers responsive energy return and progressive power as the racer moves through the turn.
Race Flex Adjust
Race Flex Adjust uses a plate at the rear of the boot to manage energy transmission between the shell and cuff. Lange's softer polyurethane plate can reduce flex by approximately 8% while maintaining a solid connection without introducing unwanted play or energy loss.
Aero Design
Lange developed its Aero Design through wind-tunnel testing to refine the exterior shape of the RS race platform. The Air Flow concept optimizes the molded shell and buckle profile to reduce friction and aerodynamic drag.
RS Race Shell & Cuff Structure
The redesigned RS platform uses increased wall thickness, reinforced internal sole ribs, revised arch geometry, and a larger reinforced rear spine support to improve power, rebound, and shell consistency. The cuff pivot position is also aligned with Lange's World Cup Z platform for a race-focused mechanical feel.
Dual 3D Full Liner
The Dual 3D Full liner works with the close-fitting shell to support the foot and reduce unwanted movement inside the boot. The precise fit promotes accurate control and efficient power transmission to the ski.
