*Junior Race Plate Compatibility Notice
The New Marker Junior Racing Plate is not compatible with X-Cell 16 and X-Cell 12 Bindings. All Marker XComp (2020-2021 and newer), Race 10 TCX, Race Junior 8, and 4.5 Junior Bindings work with this new plate.
Description & Features
The Völkl Junior SL Racestock ski features progressive lengths to accommodate all young racers. A torsionally soft tip reacts precisely and direct, easing turn initiations and making carving turns easier. A full sidewall, titanial layers, and tip rocker create a stable carving machine for U12 through U14 racers. USSA approved.
This race ski also features a new Race plate interface with a joint in the center, creating a much more harmonic bending curve. The new drill pattern allows a more direct power transfer, and the X-Comp binding is attached with only three (3) instead of four (4) screws. This way, the ski is more forgiving and smoother to ride.

Technical Info
POWERED BY TITANIUM
Constructed of extra thin and strong aluminum alloy providing perfect dampening characteristics. The titanium setup makes the ski agile and dynamic, especially friends of a hard, fast, and aggressive riding style benefit from the quick response of this construction.
MULTI-LAYER WOOD CORE
The combination of beech and poplar allows for an extremely resilient stickwood core, consisting of hardwood in the binding area and somewhat lighter wood in the remaining area.
TIP ROCKER
An early-rise tip design for racing. The combination of an early rise tip and a classic camber profile in the rest of the ski provides easy, smooth turn entry regardless of conditions. The ski is forgiving and easy to handle.
RACE FINISH
For a better grip in fast and tight turns World Cup skis come with a special race finish edging. While the SL models feature 0.7° on the base and 87.6° on the side, the GS models come with a 0.8° base and 87.6° on the side.
Zebra Base Structure
The Zebra pattern is a more aggressive base structure to offer the best possible precision & steering characteristics for the front of the skis.
