Description & Features
Swix PRO Performance Speed (PS) waxes are great gliders for training and competition with very good glide properties. PS can be used as a race wax alone but usually as a base for top coats. *Equivalent to CH Waxes.
This wax line is part of Swix's fluoro-free racing glide wax system and is based on new raw materials conforming to a global sustainability strategy. Environmentally friendly and fit for racing and performance-oriented training. They follow the traditional color and number logic for wax selection.
PS05 TURQUOISE -10°C to -18°C (14°F to 0°F)
PS05 is the hardest wax in the HS line and is an excellent choice in cold conditions. It has great durability and dry friction properties. Despite being a wax for cold conditions, the melting point makes it easier to apply without sacrificing the great glide properties. Suitable for fresh, old or man-made snow.
PS06 BLUE -6°C to -12°C (21°F to 10°F).
PS06 is very versatile. Its area of use stretches from underlayer for a powder to racing wax and base prep wax for cold skis. PS6 has good durability and offers good performance on natural and artificial snow.
PS07 VIOLET -2°C to -8°C (28°F to 18°F)
PS07 performs great in normal winter conditions below the freezing point. Its hardness makes it convenient to work with and easy to get a good end-result. PS7 is an economic training and racing wax, as well as an all-round base prep wax.
PS08 RED -4°C to +4°C (25°F to 39°F).
PS08 is an economic training and racing wax as well as base prep wax for warm skis. Easy to melt and very convenient to work with..
PS10 YELLOW 0°C to +10°C (32°F to 50°F).
PS10 is also an economic training and racing wax as well as base prep wax for warm skis. Easy to melt and very convenient to work with.
