Description & Features
The Giro Ledge SL Mips Helmet combines durable protection, rotational impact technology, and an included chinbar for slalom ski racing and training. Integrated Mips® uses a low-friction slip plane designed to help reduce rotational forces during certain angled impacts, while rugged Hard Shell Construction pairs a tough outer shell with an EPS foam liner. Install the removable chinbar for protection against slalom gate impacts or take it off for freeskiing and everyday use.
The In Form Fit System provides up to 6 cm of adjustment to help racers dial in a secure fit, even while wearing gloves. Vertical Tuning adjusts the helmet position to accommodate different head shapes and goggles, while Giro Seamless Compatibility creates a precise helmet-to-goggle interface. The Giro Ledge SL Mips Helmet is CE EN1077 certified for skiing and snowboarding.

Construction & Technology
Integrated Mips®
Integrated Mips® combines the Mips low-friction slip plane with the helmet's adjustable fit system. The technology is designed to help reduce rotational forces that may be transferred to the head during certain angled impacts.
Hard Shell Construction
Hard Shell Construction uses a rugged outer shell attached to an EPS foam liner, creating a durable helmet designed to handle repeated use during ski race training and competition.
In Form Fit System
The In Form Fit System uses an easy-to-reach dial at the base of the helmet to provide up to 6 cm of adjustment. The system makes it easy to fine-tune fit and stability in seconds, even while wearing gloves.
Vertical Tuning
Vertical Tuning adjusts the helmet's position to accommodate different head shapes and goggle sizes, helping create a comfortable fit without an unwanted gap between the helmet and goggles.
Seamless Compatibility
Giro helmets and goggles are designed together to create a precise helmet-to-goggle interface for a secure fit and dependable integration.
