Determining Ideal Ski Boot Flex

The best method to determine the boot flex is by the athlete's weight. Adding 10-30 lbs to the boot flex results in the ideal weight range for that flex. This can vary based on an athlete's skill level and aggression. These are loose guidelines, and you should consult your local coach or ski expert for more specific recommendations.

Determining Ski Boot Mondo Point (MP) Size:

Ski boots are sized with the mondo point system, which is a direct measurement of the foot in centimeters (cm). You may use the chart below to estimate your mondo point size, or measure the length of your foot in centimeters to determine your size. (Note: There tend to be slight variances between manufacturer's sizing and we recommend that you try on a similar brand or model before ordering to best determine the right size for you.)

Description & Features

The Atomic Redster STI 130 is a slightly more flexible race boot than athletes use on the World Cup. The Slim Race Shell offers more flex while retaining stability. The 93mm Racing Last is perfect for low-volume feet, and the Mimic World Cup Liner helps racers achieve the ideal fit to drive their skis as hard as they can. Excellent for slightly lighter skiers to put all their power or weight into turns. This is a boot that helps you race your best.

Technical Info

MIMIC LINER

Mimic liners utilize special heat-moldable plastics in the heel and ankle area, tongue, and cuff. This plastic mimics the precise shape of your foot and hardens in that shape creating an incredibly comfortable, high-performance fit.

V3 TONGUE SYSTEM

Customizable V3 Tongue System allows you to select the ideal tongue thickness to suit your needs. Choose between a Low Volume (LV) fit, Medium Volume (MV) fit and High Volume (HV) fit for the ultimate interface between shin and liner.

3D STRETCH TOE BOX

Asymmetrically shaped for left and right, the new 3D Stretch Toe Box takes first fit and customization potential to the next level. It is Big Toe Friendly construction that maximizes the liner’s available length allowing for a little extra stretch when important millimeters are required to achieve the perfect fit.

PROFESSIONAL DUAL STRAP

The innovative Professional Dual Strap combines two elements together for secure, balanced performance. Elastic shock absorbing portion smooths out choppy terrain and increases damping while static section provides pure power and energy transmission.
